What customers say?

“ Super cute place for breakfast. Very small and limited seating but the food surprised us! The mocha latte tasted great and the milk pourer was super cute. Tostadas was very flavorful. French toast was so good. Not overly sweet. We really enjoyed our meal. Servers were very friendly. Definitely recommend. The only downside is since the tables are so small with some decor pieces, it can be a struggle to make space for all the items. ”

“ This is a cute little place with great food! They were very sweet in helping me find a drink with low to no caffeine and the avocado toast was delicious. My friend had the vegan chipequiles and said it was very tasty. ”

“ LIKE YOU ARE BACK IN MEXICO! The best Mexican food I have had in the states. The flavored took me back to the markets and street food in Mexico. Authentic flavor and beautiful aesthetic. Mexico chic with awesome food. I had the chilaquiles with chicken, egg, and avocado and the enchiladas with mole. Immediately got transported to a small town in Mexico. The place is small and has limited seating inside, but the food is so worth it. They have a wide range of coffees too, I had the iced caramel Latte and loved it. They have outdoor seating and a very small cute section inside with couches to spend some time drinking coffee and chatting with a friend. Highly recommend. ”

“ 5 Stars I absolutely loved my visit here. The migas and the avocado toast are both excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the portions are generous without being too much. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with a warm vibe that makes you want to linger and enjoy every moment. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Service is quick, but you never feel rushed, and it’s clear they take pride in giving every guest a great experience. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing brunch, a casual coffee break, or catching up with friends over good food and conversation. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which adds to the charm and makes you want to come back again and again. If you’re looking for a place that serves consistently delicious food with great service, I highly recommend stopping by and trying the migas and the avocado toast. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll probably find yourself planning your next visit before you even leave. ”

“ Simona’s Bistro is truly a hidden gem in The Woodlands. The moment you walk in, the bright and cozy atmosphere makes you feel welcome, with a charming international touch that sets it apart. The French Toast was the absolute highlight of my visit — perfectly fluffy, with just the right sweetness and texture, paired with fresh fruit that made every bite unforgettable. Honestly, one of the best French toasts I’ve ever had, a must-try on their menu! To pair it, I ordered a Hugo Spritz — light, refreshing, and elegant, with that subtle floral hint from St-Germain. It’s the perfect brunch cocktail, and when combined with the French Toast, it creates a flawless match that elevates the whole experience. Service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly, and the ambiance works perfectly for a brunch with friends or a special breakfast for two. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a place in The Woodlands where brunch turns into a memorable experience, Simona’s Bistro is the spot. ”

“ Super cute, European vibe cafe. Small, intimate seating inside. The staff is so nice and helpful. There are a few vegetarian options. Their hours are broken into two times in the day, for lunch and late dinner or drinks. Nice patio, not too busy with traffic. The food is good, we had the turkey and Swiss and the artichoke grilled cheese (to my surprise it wasn’t drowning in cheese). Will definitely be back! ”
